Cleaning Services

A clean office breeds productivity while providing a nice atmosphere in which to work. General deep cleaning yet, we accept special requests as well. Typically set up on a reoccurring basis yet, available as a one time service.

Price is based on per square foot scale.

Relocation Services

Whether you are relocating to a new office building or to another city, Elite Concierge can arrange the movers, make sure all of your technical equipment is moved in a safe and organized manner, and hire technicians to reset-up all the equipment. Elite Concierge also offers relocation services for new employees: contracting the moving company, the establishment of utilities, assistance un-boxing, detailed cleaning, and immediate access to qualified vendors that will help make a move to a new city less stressful.

Client Visit Arrangements

Elite Concierge knows how important it is to impress your clients and make sure their visit to Austin is pleasant and memorable. We will book the hotel, pick up your client at the airport, assist you with the planning of your meeting and restaurant reservations, allowing you to focus on the business at hand. Additionally we will arrange recreational and/or nightlife activities.

Corporate Travel

Whether your employees travel for business on a regular basis or your planning a company trip and workshop. We book private or public flights, rental cars, and hotels. We will further assist you by scheduling actives (concert tickets, white water rafting, sailing, boat rental, surfing lessons…) and restaurants so, all you have to do is arrive, focus on business at hand, relax, and enjoy.

Meeting and Planning

Let Elite Concierge plan your company meeting or event! No matter what the occasion we will make your event well organized and memorable, allowing you to enjoy your event while we do the work. Employee Rewards and Benefits Packages

Employee rewards and benefit packages are custom designed and include one or a combination of the services listed below. Dry Cleaning/Laundry Service

Some times it’s the little benefits that allow your employees feel more relaxed and appreciated. Elite Concierge provides a personalized bag that your employees fill up. Then we pick up the dry cleaning and/or laundry at your place of business by 8 am and return the items the following day or same day if possible. Pick up and delivery service occur bimonthly on the 1st and 15th. If the 1st or the 15th occur on Saturday, Sunday, or holiday; the pickup will occur on the following Monday and delivery on Tuesday.

Personal Assistant

Everyone knows that juggling your home life and a busy professional life can be tough, so why not offer your hard working employees a little help? You may purchase pre-paid hours of personal assistance for the week, the month, or the year. This would make a great gift for a new mom or for your employees during the busy holiday season. A personal assistant is a “multi-tasker”. A personal assistant can accommodate several needs such as: grocery/spirits shopping, appointment coordination, light office work, dry cleaning/pharmacy pick-up and other errand oriented tasks.
